These Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”) govern the use of services provided by E&JDETAILING (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By booking a service, you agree to the following terms.

1. Services

E&JDETAILING provides professional mobile car detailing services in Cookstown, NJ and surrounding areas including Mercer County, Burlington County, Monmouth County, and parts of Ocean County. Services are performed at the location provided during booking.

2. Booking & Payment

Appointments must be scheduled through our online booking system or direct communication. Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed. We accept cash, Venmo, and Zelle.

Pricing may vary depending on vehicle size, condition, and service requested.

3. Deposits (If Applicable)

If a deposit is required, it must be paid to secure your appointment. Deposits may be non-refundable in the event of late cancellations or no-shows.

4. Cancellation & Rescheduling

To respect everyone’s time, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations made within 24 hours of your scheduled time will require a $40 late cancellation fee to cover the reserved time slot. Late cancellations or missed appointments may result in a cancellation fee.

5. Vehicle Condition

Clients must disclose the accurate condition of the vehicle at the time of booking. Excessive dirt, pet hair, biohazards, mold, or heavy staining may result in additional charges.

We reserve the right to refuse service if conditions are unsafe or beyond the scope of normal detailing.

6. Access & Safety

Clients must provide safe and adequate access to the vehicle. If conditions are unsafe (severe weather, restricted access, hazardous environment), we may reschedule the appointment.

7. Satisfaction Policy

We strive to deliver high-quality results. If you are not satisfied, please notify us before we leave the service location so we can address any concerns.

8. Limitation of Liability

E&JDETAILING is not responsible for:

• Pre-existing damage
• Personal belongings left inside the vehicle
• Mechanical or electrical failures unrelated to detailing services

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
